Music Man

Lately Payton has really been into music. He's constantly trying to get Corey's guitar and he loves playing the drums with Corey. He also really likes it when you sing to him, if it's a song he recognizes he gets really excited and starts waving his hands in the air. It's so much fun and you can't help but smile when you watch him get so excited! It'll be interesting to see how his love for music evolves as he grows. But for now I'm content singing to him and watching him smile back at me or singing to him at night when it's time to go to bed and it's just the two of us in his room; those are my favorite times, and he doesn't know yet that I can't sing, so that's even better (or maybe he does know and that's why he's smiling). Either way, I'll take it because I know it won't be this way forever.
